Q: What do your stamped letters look like?
A: There are three options for your letter styles; 1.5mm lower case, 3mm lower case, and 3mm upper case.
Please note that at this time Young Huron ONLY works with the 26 letters of the English Alphabet. The ONLY symbols we use additionally are "." and "&"

Q: What is the difference between the FREE non tracked shipping and $10 expedited shipping?
A: FREE shipping will provide you with the most cost effective method of shipping; however, will not provide a tracking number. In choosing this method the customer recognizes that the order could take between 5-10 business days to deliver and up to 15 business days in more rural areas. As there is no tracking Young Huron cannot assume responsibility for lost or undelivered items; however, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns and we will work together to make it right.
Expedited shipping is always recommended.
Expedited shipping will provide the customer with a tracking number and is guaranteed within 3 days for non rural areas, but remote areas could take slightly longer. Please note that orders made on Friday or there after will not be sent out until Monday of the next week. If you require an item immediately, please email before purchasing.
Q: What type of metals do you use?
A: YH uses raw brass and metal alloys that have been tested for sensitivities. All chain and pendants are nickel free. We prefer to work in raw brass as often as possible because we appreciate the natural beauty of it and love that it changes with and is unique for each wearer.
Q: How do I keep my brass looking as bright as possible?
A: YH uses raw brass for many pieces- that means that it will naturally change slightly with time; however, there are many things you can do to keep your piece from excessive tarnishing. Do not wear your brass pieces in the shower or swimming, and also avoid wearing during excessive perspiration (exercise, or whatever gets you sweaty!). You should also avoid perfumes and lotions directly contacting your piece- that includes self tanner, spray tan solution, and sunscreen. It is also wise to keep your pieces in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
To clean up raw brass (NOTE: that is only chain, bars, and coins that have been identified as RAW brass in the product descriptions) you can rub areas with tarnish with a combination of pure lemon juice and salt with a cloth or q-tip and then brush clean with water. Please note that if lemon juice comes in contact with enamel or crystals, it could affect the finish of those specific areas and is NOT RECOMMENDED for enameled areas of nameplates or coins.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: There are no returns or exchanges; however, Young Huron always wants you to be happy so please email with questions and concerns and we will absolutely work together to rectify any concerns.
Q: My crystal doesn’t look EXACTLY the same as the one pictured... why?
A: Each Crystal is completely one of a kind- from nature’s beauty, to the “crown” on each they will all be slightly different. YH will always try and post pieces with extreme variations to show our customers the most accurate version of what you are looking at purchasing.
Q: Will you always offer products from your social media on your site?
A: We will have certain products that will always be on the site- those pieces that are part of the core collections; however, we will have different and one of a kind pieces available at markets that YH is a part of.
